A Journey of Our Story
In The Beginning
Chef Eboni Dionne embarked on the creation of her catering business, originally named Brunch with E inspired by her love of her favorite food group "Pancakes".
Expanding Knowledge
Chef Eboni decided to enhance her expertise by enrolling in a Health Coach Certification program to explore the realm of holistic health practices and the impact of Food as Medicine.
The Birth of a New Journey
With unwavering faith, Chef Eboni made the bold decision to walk away from her corporate role and dedicate herself fully to her dream, thus giving birth to reBirth of Food.
Expanding Services
Partnering with 1-800-Flowers, Chef Eboni ventured into crafting stunning Fruit Arrangements and indulgent chocolate-covered strawberries. This alliance facilitated her move to a new location, where she now rents a part of a commercial kitchen to reach a wider customer base.
Bittersweet Transition
Despite facing challenges due to the pandemic, Chef Eboni successfully secured the lease for the entire building in February 2020, allowing her to consolidate all her services in one commercial kitchen with the goal of eventually opening a full-service restaurant.
Only The Strong Survive
Amidst the chaos caused by the pandemic, reBirth of Food has managed to persevere and is now charting a course in this unfamiliar world.
